Yes. If you have 5 or fewer employees, Punctulo is completely free with no time limit and no credit card required. You get access to all core features including GPS, payroll export, and reporting.
When you choose annual billing you're charged one payment upfront for the full year. The annual price is 20% less than paying month-to-month — so you get 2.4 months free. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your Billing page.
You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time — your data is preserved and the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
No. Punctulo charges per organisation, not per user. Whether you have 6 or 10 employees on the Starter plan, the price is the same flat rate.
The CSV export is compatible with BrightPay, Sage Payroll, Xero, QuickBooks, and any system that accepts CSV or Excel. The Enterprise plan includes custom integration support for bespoke payroll systems.
